My Journey
I grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, surrounded by delicious Southern cooking, but I saw the toll unhealthy eating took on my family’s health. In college, my own struggles with weight and energy inspired me to make a change. I joined a gym, improved my diet, and eventually went vegan in 2018 after realizing the ethical and health benefits of a plant-based lifestyle.
