In this post, I’m sharing one of my favorite go-to pre-workout meals: High Protein Blueberry Cobbler. This meal is perfect for those busy days when you need a nutritious boost before hitting the gym.

This High Protein Blueberry Cobbler is a winner for several reasons. First, it takes less than a few minutes to prepare, making it an ideal option when you’re short on time. It’s a fast-acting carbohydrate source, providing the energy you need to power through your workout. Plus, it digests easily and quickly, so you won’t feel weighed down while exercising. And let’s not forget—it tastes absolutely amazing!

Ingredients:

Here’s what you’ll need to make this delicious cobbler:

  • 35g Pride Foods Blueberry Muffin Cream of Rice (use code “msmeatless” for a discount) Pride Foods
  • 45g frozen berries
  • 35g Vedge Vanilla Protein (use code “msmeatless” for a discount) Vedge Nutrition
  • Stevia as needed (I usually add 1 tablespoon)
  • Almond milk as needed
  • 1 squirt Prozis sugar-free maple syrup (use code “msmeatless” for a discount) Prozis
  • 1g TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut whip

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the Pride Foods Blueberry Muffin Cream of Rice and frozen berries.
  2. Add the Vedge Vanilla Protein and mix well.
  3. Sweeten with stevia to taste, and slowly add almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Drizzle a squirt of Prozis sugar-free maple syrup over the top.
  5. Stir in 1g of TVP for added texture and protein.
  6. Top it off with a dollop of coconut whip for a creamy finish.
