Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vital wheat gluten
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 20g Brown Sugar Almond Budder code msmeatless https://pridefoods.org/products/pride-budder?variant=40461848444962
- 50g Vedge Vanilla Protein code msmeatless https://www.vedgenutrition.com/
- 55g unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of pink salt
- Stevia (to taste)
- Optional: Sprinkles
Method
- In a small bowl, mix all dry ingredients until well combined.
- Add the applesauce, almond butter, vanilla, and milk to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until you have a dough. If it is too dry, add 1-2 tbsp of almond milk.
- Now roll 11 balls of dough into spheres with your hands. Roll them in sprinkles for extra sweetness!
- Place them onto a baking pan or plate, and air fry at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes. They should be slightly firm.
